Hello, my name is Ginette Séguin-Swartz. Born and raised in the province of Québec, Canada, I have lived and worked in Saskatoon, in the province of Saskatchewan close to 40 years. The word Saskatchewan is derived from the name given by the First Nations to the river that flows through our beautiful province. Saskatchewan, the Land of Living Skies, is vast (more than 651,000 square km), sparsely populated (fewer than 1.1 million people), and boasts panoramic vistas, brilliant sunshine all year long, and spectacular sunsets and northern lights. Like for so many others, my introduction to Antigym® was via Thérèse Bertherat’s seminal work, The Body has its Reasons. This book resonated in me and still does to this day. I became a certified Antigym® practitioner under Thérèse’s supervision in 2004. In 2006, responding to the need for more practitioners in North America, I became a certified Antigym® trainer and started to train practitioners in Canada and abroad. I offer certified Antigym® practitioner training in English and French. For details on training opportunities, please check the « Practitioner Training » section of this website.
