Antigym® is a self-healing bodywork method developed by French physiotherapist Thérèse
Bertherat in the 1970’s and now taught all over the world. Based on sound anatomical principles, the
method brings awareness to tight and restricted areas of the body, helping to release them before –
or after – they result in pain and injuries. This class is designed for people who want to experience
Antigym® and its powerful effects on posture, flexibility, and overall well-being.
