Dear, I appreciate you for visiting my Practitioner’s page. Antigym is a journey of discovery to free the body. I’ve known Antigymnastique since childhood, my mother introduced it to me in Brazil. I decided to become an Antigym Practitioner due to its holistic approach to the human body and its profound, life long lasting effects. I’d like the method to become known in the USA so that more people can benefit from it.

I welcome all ages in my classes, except for children (who require their own special class). I am located in Fridericksburg, TX. Classes are in person. Further details:

Group Classes, $27.00

1) Discovery, 1hr 15min

Once you attend a Discovery class you’ll be invited to join a group. 🙂

Payments accepted: cash, check, zelle or paypal.

Attire: Comfortable clothing, natural fibers, feet are bare. Preferably no jeans, jewelry, watches, glasses, belts or anything that restricts freedom of movement.
