Satu Tanhua-Castro

Hello, my name is Satu Tanhua-Castro. I was born in Finland and lived in Italy for 10 years before moving to Indianapolis, IN in 2011. I was first introduced to Antigym® in Italy and I felt a strong, immediate connection with the method. What started as a self discovery of a forgotten body, became a career as my curiosity to know myself better increased the more I learned about my body.

I became a certified Antigym® practitioner in 2013 and a certified Antigym® trainer in 2015.  I now offer certified Antigym® practitioner training all over the United States. For details on training opportunities, please check the « Practitioner Training » section of the website.

I am pleased to offer a Pre-Training Workshop in Chicago March 11-13, 2016. The workshop is also a pre-requisite for individuals who wish to enroll in the certified Antigym® practitioner training that will start in Paris, France in the summer of 2016 and for training courses in the USA.
