Hello! My name is Ginette Séguin-Swartz. Born and raised in Québec, I have lived in Saskatchewan for over 40 years. The word Saskatchewan comes from the name given by First Nations to the river that flows through our beautiful province. Saskatchewan, the Land of Living Skies, is vast (more than 651,000 square km), sparsely populated (fewer than 1.4 million people), and boasts panoramic vistas, brilliant sunshine all year long, and spectacular Northern lights. Like for so many others, I was introduced to Antigym® by The Body Has its Reasons, Thérèse Bertherat’s seminal book. I became a certified Antigym® practitioner under Thérèse’s supervision in 2004. And a few years later, responding to the need for more Antigym® practitioners in North America, I became a certified Antigym® trainer. I am pleased to offer in-person and online Antigym® classes as well as certified Antigym® practitioner training courses.
