Travailler avec un praticien certifié Antigymnastique^® c’est l’assurance de pratiquer avec un professionnel compétent et qualifié dont le travail est conforme à la méthode mise au point par Thérèse Bertherat.

Au terme de sa formation, le praticien certifié Antigymnastique^® participe à des stages de formation continue afin de maintenir sa pratique à son plus haut niveau.

Seuls les praticiens certifiés Antigymnastique^® sont autorisés à se prévaloir de la méthode créée par Thérèse Bertherat, à proposer des séances mettant en oeuvre ce savoir-faire original et à utiliser les marques Antigym^®, Antigymnastique^® et leurs traductions. Etre praticien certifié Antigymnastique^® ne requiert pas seulement d’avoir reçu à un moment donné une formation. The Eyes, the Mirrors of the Soul.
We usually think of looking in an active context, but the opposite notion of drinking with our eyes and allowing a visual impression to fall into the body and create a mood or an image though its transformation within us is most valuable (Hugo Kükelhaus).
Whatever I see, I absorb into my body. Even my neighbour’s dog lives in my body. All these things float inside me like rafts on a river (Tatsumi Hijikata).
Structurally, the retina is just a pool of nerve endings fanning out like the frayed and of a rope, the rope being the optic nerve, which gathers a million separate fibers into one bundled cord. Even though they are located deeper inside you than the nerve endings under your skin, the eye’s sensory cells are also “touching” the outside world (Deepak Chopra).
